Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

At Midwest Turf & Repair, we are committed to providing high-quality small engine repair services. While we strive for excellence in every job, we understand that circumstances may arise where customers have concerns about our services.

Service Refunds

Due to the nature of our repair services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We require that any concerns about completed work be brought to our attention within 48 hours of service completion. Our technicians will inspect the work and determine the appropriate resolution.

Diagnostic Fees

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable as they cover the time and expertise required to identify issues with your equipment. However, if you choose to proceed with repairs at our shop, the diagnostic fee will be applied toward the total repair cost.

Parts and Materials

Special order parts that have been purchased specifically for your equipment are non-refundable once ordered. Stock parts may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Service Cancellations

For scheduled services, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
